This 2.4x version, that's ghosting around, isn't anything official. Don't worry. There won't be any more changes to the UT2004-Version of the game. We're onto something else, I might talk about soon.

We've moved away from gameservers.net, who've been our provider for 7 years, because they are closing.
Thanks to gameservers.net and leaseweb for all the support and free servers for all these years!

Our forums have also been moved to this new server!
The old accounts and threads will all be moved into it soon (not yet done as I'm writing).

This new server costs 120€/year, so I'd be glad about donations, to keep this running.

The new domain can also be reached via www.supraball.net and www.notpron.org
(Notpron being the riddle game that has also been on the same server, being located at www.deathball.net/notpron)

It's been more than a year since the last news post, but Deathball is still played regularly - with several pickups starting each day at #deathball / irc.quakenet.org

However the real news is, there's a 4on4 league coming up at playdeathball.com with 6 teams signed up already.
Registration will close on 20th of April, so grab 3 (or more) mates and sign up!
