In order to play properly organized pickup matches download this IRC client.
pickupirc.zip
Unzip it and run the .exe
It will automatically join our server and channel (irc.quakenet.org #deathball)

People there will be helpful, so don't worry. And nobody will mind you playing crappy :)

The basic commands for the channel are here:
If you are in there you can add yourself to matches if they are running.
with !team you can check the current status
with !join k you add as keeper
!join d as defender
!join m for midfield
!remove to remove
